My First Tutorial, How to Make a Bow
Last month I covered a paper mache box using Stampin' Up's! Blizzard, Designer Wrapping Paper, which can be found in the 2007 Holiday Mini Collection. I decided it needed a bow, so this is my first attempt in making one, which I will share with you as a tutorial today.
First you will start by cutting 8, 1" strips of wrapping paper 7" long. You will also need to cut 8, 1" strips of wrapping paper 6" long.
